AT310 Introduction to Contemplative Spiritual Direction

AT310 Introduction to Contemplative Spiritual Direction

This introductory course draws upon the rich resources of Christian contemplative tradition with the aim of increasing openness to the way God’s Spirit is active in the hearts of both spiritual directors and those whom they companion in the spiritual life.  Special attention is given to the spiritual director’s interior life and spiritual practice as a key aspect of spiritual direction ministry. You are invited to stay open to this new experience, and focus on creating a sacred space for the mystery of God's presence.

This course is offered in intensive (3 day) format.
