Refund Schedule

The refund schedule for Spring (Easter) and Fall (Michaelmas) is:

  • Dropping a class prior to the start of the term: 100% tuition refund

  • Dropping a class during add/drop period: 75% tuition refund

  • Dropping a class after add/drop period: NO tuition refund

  • No refund will be given for registration and general fees

For Intensive (one-weekend), January (Epiphany), or Summer (Trinity) courses, the refund schedule is:

  • Dropping a class 1+ weeks (8 or more days) prior to the start of class: 100% tuition refund

  • Dropping a class 1 week or less, until the day prior to the start of class: 50% tuition refund

  • Dropping a class the day before class or day of class: no tuition refund.

  • No refund will be given for registration and general fees.
